Passion is a driving force.

When I decided to explore a career in photography, I made a conscious decision to go forth and do what I love.

It started when I was first given a disposable camera as a child. I would take countless photos of my cats, dogs, frogs, and other backyard findings. Those experiences led me to discover my passion for photography and soon thereafter I decided to leave my hometown of Belleville, Michigan in pursuit of my BFA in Photography at Columbia College in Chicago.

I discovered my desire to photograph buildings and spaces when I learned to photograph using a 4x5 view camera. I have always found enjoyment in paying close attention to detail, but the act of slowing down and straightening lines in my viewfinder made me realize that I truly have complete control over perspective in my frame. This realization made my heart smile. Not only is architecture the perfect subject for a view camera, but it is the perfect subject for me.

It is my pleasure to work with architects, interior designers, contractors, and local businesses to beautifully capture their building projects and interior spaces.
